Ricardo Santos is likely to be playing at Wembley on Sunday. He is captain of Bolton Wanderers and they take on Plymouth Argyle in the EFL Trophy Final.

Mark Stimson sent from the dugout for Hornchurch at Horsham for dissent after a Hornchurch goal was disallowed from a Horsham backless for offside. Charlie not in yesterday's squad.
Re: Ex-Bees (2014 update)
What a brilliant few years he’s had, winning all sorts of awards along with automatic promotion to
League One, lifting a trophy as captain at Wembley and potentially on the verge of the Championship. A hugely popular figure amongst Bolton’s large fan base.
And yet the FA, along with those who support their proposed National League contract changes, think we should have been able to sack him mid-contract back in 2018/19 because he got injured.
That would have left him in his 20s with no means of making a living from his chosen profession, with possibly no means of paying for the rehabilitation and recovery support he needed and potentially needing to seek alternative work, maybe even leaving the game altogether in the pursuit of a new career from which he could start earning a living and paying his bills.
Aside from the awful effect on him as an individual, would that have been good for Barnet FC/the National League/the fans/football in general?

Short answer - NO! Also let's not forget that he was one of the few players who stayed for the Play-Offs in the COVID season too! I'm very pleased that he has had a great career since he left us.Definitely well deserved.Aside from the awful effect on him as an individual, would that have been good for Barnet FC/the National League/the fans/football in general?
I love Luisma & really miss his skils!

An article in the Athletic today mentions an ex-Bee:
"Brighton were among the first clubs to scout players by position rather than region. They appointed John Doolan as centre-forward scouting manager last month after a decade at Everton."
