Re: Some very interesting developments!
Excellent news about the safe standing area especially if it is going to be a covered area.
Re: Some very interesting developments!
All positive stuff! Investment in the Hive seemingly not stopping while the planning application progresses to return to Barnet and we sign quality players early on. Credit to TK. It is the best of all worlds.
Will be great to have a standing area again. Presumably if the pitch is being lengthened at the southern end, the halfway line will shift slightly south with it towards block C?

Re: Some very interesting developments!
Increase to £24 in the seated area. If it was a couple years ago I would’ve complained, but unfortunately that genuinely is the going rate in the NL these days. Hopefully the standing area will big enough to accommodate anyone who wants it.
Re: Some very interesting developments!
Prices were frozen over the last couple of years or reduced, along with rising cost prices, no complaints from me for £3 extra a month and how active we have been with signings
Re: Some very interesting developments!
Yes initially it seems a big jump but context is no increases in the last few years and it’s good to see the investment in the stadium and the player quality we are signing
Re: Some very interesting developments!
I've wanted safe standing for years as used to love it behind the goal (plus cheaper) - would coincide with my little boy getting his 1st season ticket meaning I'll need to stay in the seats!
Expect it will be packed over there most games especially now it's £24 for the seats (which really will not help the attendances in that part of the ground at all).
We are always at the upper end of prices in the league but facilities are a lot better but we simply have to sort out the catering side of things.

Shocking. I chose my seat to be on the halfway line. Maybe they should just make one "half" of the pitch longer than the other...!Mikel Bee wrote: ↑24 May 2024, 10:32 All positive stuff! But £34 isn't that bad.BeesKnees99 wrote: ↑24 May 2024, 11:46 I’m sorry, but for what you get, £24 is absolutely horrendous value for money.

Agree on the catering and other side of this. With regards to the pricing i guess we do have the disadvantage of London costs. Hopefully we will continue to be in the upper end of the league table.

No different to many other clubs. I agree it’s extortionate for national league/league 2, but it’s where the game is at.BeesKnees99 wrote: ↑24 May 2024, 11:46 I’m sorry, but for what you get, £24 is absolutely horrendous value for money.

The ability to spout negative rubbish for 23 league games (£17.73 per game on ST) is invaluable for you I'm sure.BeesKnees99 wrote:I’m sorry, but for what you get, £24 is absolutely horrendous value for money.

I bet you can't wait to tell us how Boston United are on an amazing run of form and we will be lucky to get a point with our rubbish team and tactics.
Well worth breaking a 20 for eh.

Come on it's only 0.26p per minute, even those phone lines that I have been told about are way more than that and you wouldn't get 90mins and extra timeBeesKnees99 wrote: ↑24 May 2024, 11:46 I’m sorry, but for what you get, £24 is absolutely horrendous value for money.

Extending the pitch is something that attracts my attention. I wonder if this paves the way for a possible return for rugby, maybe if the New Underhill plans progress. I suppose it gives TK another option.
