I'm almost sorry now that we decided that Accrington was too far to drive and made alternative plans for this weekend. £20 is an absolute bargain, even with 3 of us that would have been cheaper than the petrol there and back would have cost us. Well done and trust it'll be well supported.

£20 is obviously fantastic value but it all seems a bit rushed. Can't these coaches be organised and used for Halifax on 10 December instead?

The League is far more important than an FA Cup game.

I assume that the train strikes are not taking place on the day of the Halifax match (I haven’t checked) and an away FA Cup tie at a League 1 club (even Accrington!) does have some cachet.
Who knows, if this is a success perhaps the SA will try to run transport to the Halifax match.

It’s been rushed with good reason. Club on a bounce, winnable cup tie and not much notice. The SA have done a brilliant job, hopefully there is good uptake and coaches can be run in the future, potentially Halifax as you mentioned as the trains are pretty expensive already.

Great offer, can’t make this one unfortunately, hoping it’s well supported.

Top work by the SA, you’re doing a great job.

Planning went into this more or less immediately after winning the replay (4 working days ago).

Deposits payed from own pocket.
Personally I think it's a great effort.

Remember this is done on a voluntary basis and not always easy to contact coach firms when members also work.

I think a game where if we win it we could potentially get one of the biggest games in our history is far more important than one of 46 league games in a season. I find your attitude towards the FA Cup rather bizarre given the great days we've had in it.

The most important thing is that people book ASAP and make a success of it. I've been in the US and the rest of the committee have been working very hard, at some personal risk financially, to get this up and running. Also, huge credit to the club for subsidising the cost.

Brilliant stuff from those on the SA to get this off the ground, I hope it's well supported as it gives traction to future use.

How dare you go to all the effort to organise coach travel...

Credit to TK and the club for working closely with the BFCSA over the last week to make this possible as well as subsidising a fair chunk of the cost.

So that’s £30 all-in for travel and match ticket for a 2nd round FA Cup tie at a League One club at the other end of country. Very good indeed. Well done to all involved in arranging the coach.

If we win this game. The prize money alone will see us in good shape for the season.

Far better use than a trip to poxy Halifax which no-one would use anyway.

Or were you just looking for something to moan about (again)

Well done club.

Incredible value, well done to the SA for securing this deal. Hope it’s oversubscribed.
