Agree with the smoking but a bigger issue is the generally chaos around the food on the Friday.

2 massive lines formed around the food hut, and we joined one for 10 minutes before I realised this was a collection point and not ordering. This was not clear at all (no signage) and everyone in our line, probably 20+ deep, was in the same situation. We gave up and moved on. The crepe place looked massively short staffed and I doubt anywhere near 50% of those who wanted to eat got served.

The Q for the drinks was hardly better. The bar offered a cheese and ham sandwich, which turns out has no ham! Comical.

Brought a friend for his first game and was embarrassed with the whole situation. Only plus was that he bagged a Barnet shirt for £20 in the shop. Sadly didn't have size L otherwise I would have snapped one up.

Ah, was a few bites in before realising and was already late for the second half to make a complaint (due to all the waiting).

What I observed at the tea hut was that the person on till was fine

The young guy on the grill simply had no experience in cooking burgers and it's not the time to train someone up unless you have another experienced Fraser Toms hand too. He had to be constantly helped even flipping them by the senior member who was making crepes. If you have a team of 3 - all need to be very experienced.

I worked in McDonalds for 5+ years so know about fast food preparation....

Bromley had it right - some of the food was prepacked.

Agree with this. I wouldn't blame him though, that's a management issue for putting him in that position in the first place.
