What is annoying is that they do in fact have my current bank card details showing on their system which I suppose they would have as whilst last ST bought on my previous card, the Solihull P.O. tickets were bought on my current card.

This is just so infuriating.
Can you send Stephen a message with your new card details? Is it possible for someone to visit the Hive on your behalf if you are not able to do this yourself?

As stated, my new card details are in fact on my record.

I am not the only person with problems, are you suggesting we all descend on The Hive?

If that is the case, I will be absolutely furious.
Mine expired yesterday too & is showing as grey'd out - guessing as no further email from Stephen Cooney they haven't fixed the glitch yet.
Yes I contacted Steven about it - he reserved my seats and I have now been able to buy them. I can only imagine he is having quite a busy few days.

Lets hope for all of our sakes the system is somewhat refined for next season - although it was the same last year too. Maybe the BFCSA (if they still exist?) can help give the club a bit of a push to sort it out.

Just logged into my account on venue tool box and ticket has renewed and 1st instalment has come off of my available balance. Very unlike Barnet but a smooth process for me!

If necessary but no I wasn't suggesting that. I was only suggesting it to you as you are in a hurry to sort it before your holiday.

When i just logged into my account it seems as though it has auto renewed. It is showing i have a ticket for £408 expiring on 02 07 2025 so i assume it has worked. I also noticed that there is a manage card option on the venue toolbox site. Whether it works or not is another matter. Apologies i have not read every line of the thread.

Have a nice holiday!

The manage card option worked for me when my card was swallowed by tesco machine before Aveley away. As i pay monthly i had to update there and then and payments were all fine up until now!

My daughter managed to buy 2 of our 3 ST's on line but it wouldn't let her by the 3rd - the one in the middle! After more stress she eventually managed to buy the 3rd so all is well with us now. Although my daughter says she feels in need of a stiff drink!

Hope everybody else has been able to resolve their issues. I am now very happy to be able to sign off from this thread!

Visited the Hive today and sorted out my ST thanks to Steve.

8 players on the pitch training - lots of running! Pritchard and Collinge were sitting out the session - both with back injuries apparently.

That should be 28 players!

That's a worry if Pritch still has back problems - never great to miss out on too much time in pre-season!

I'd assumed the rest had flown off to our training camp in warmer climes!

Had small issue but after emailing Steven cooney I was able to renew my season ticket easily.
Must give credit to Steven I emailed him on my lunch break and he got back really quickly. He has done all the times I have to be fair. Good customer service

I have not been able to renew any of my tickets, I emailed the club twice, it is shown as auto renewing as of yesterday but it hasn't updated to show this has happened.

Can't call, can't get a response on email. Never sure why this is always so difficult!

Not sure why you're not getting a response to your emails, have you addressed them to Steven Cooney? I've found him to be really efficient, in fact the email I sent yesterday received an instant response.
