Yep, winner of 4th v 7th goes away to 3rd place in the semi, with winner of 5th v 6th going to away to Notts County/Wrexham.
We have beaten them at at their home this season however. I would rather an away day tbh, I feel we create a much more electric/supportive atmosphere away than we do at the hive where the away fans are given the best seats in the house.Tuesds wrote: ↑28 Mar 2023, 21:20Yep, winner of 4th v 7th goes away to 3rd place in the semi, with winner of 5th v 6th going to away to Notts County/Wrexham.
As I’ve said before, I think coming 5th rather than 6th makes a big difference to our prospects of making the semi. Especially if it’s Eastleigh we’re battling with for 5th, as looks likely after tonight’s defeat for B’wood. Eastleigh’s home record is formidable - bettered only by the top two - while they’ve only won 5 out of 20 away from home.
I agree & would take the play offs as they are now I think!Tuesds wrote:Yep, winner of 4th v 7th goes away to 3rd place in the semi, with winner of 5th v 6th going to away to Notts County/Wrexham.

I’m what sense? I made an observation that these games were tough. Where in what I said in that is me implying we’re poor or anything negative on us?
