For the record I should add that I’ve had one now, too, last night.

Surely they didn’t get shot of him without any public message of thanks or even acknowledgement, after 9 years and well over 200 games.

Re: Play Off Semi Final Tickets

Surprised not to have received any emails promoting the game. Out of interest, has anyone else had one? Club had been getting promo emails out pretty reliably prior to our last few home league games.

I see Bromley have sold out for their semi final on Sunday. Would be nice if we could do so, too.

Re: Play Off Semi Final Tickets

As things stand we are holding back Legends G, and Blocks A & B for the away allocation. It is possible that if the away side doesn't sell its allocation, we could get Legends G back at the last minute? Although their fans will still need access to the bar underneath... I think Legends G will b...

Re: Other Clubs Retained Lists 2024

Eastleigh have not wasted any time. McCallum is actually sticking with a club for a change..... https://www.eastleighfc.com/official-2024-25-released-retained-list/ Well, he’s under contract, yes. He’s already dropping hints on social media that he’s unsettled. Suspicion is that he’s as unimpressed...

Re: Ex-Bees (2014 update)

On the subject of the National League South, there must have been something of a collapse for Mel Gwinnett and his band of ex-Bees at Hampton. They were 2nd when I last looked, mid season, and yet I see they missed out even on a play-off place with a 5-1 final day defeat at Maidstone (Greenidge amon...

Re: Play Off Semi Final Tickets

Why is Legends G covered/not available? Was overspill for away last year against Wood Yeah, when it was clear we were not on course to sell out and Boreham Wood had sold their full allocation. Hopefully by Wednesday night it will be clear that we need that block to meet the demand for home tickets,...

Re: Gateshead Kicked Out

It’s pretty straightforward - if you’re a tenant in your stadium, the EFL requires a written assurance from your landlord that you have ten years’ security of tenure. Even in their statement yesterday claiming that they had recently written to the league to give them the assurances they were seeking...

Re: Kidderminster Harriers (THTS) The Hawkward Goodbye Match Thread

Had a quick look back at the past few seasons as I wanted to compare our final total of 86 points to previous years to see where we would have finished. Interesting to put it into context: 22/23: 3rd 21/22: 4th 20/21: Champions 19/20: 2nd based on the PPG amassed when the season was ended 18/19: 2n...

His mate pointed out to him that Brunt wasn't even on the pitch, he'd been substituted about 10-15 minutes earlier.
He wasn’t wrong then!

Re: Kidderminster Harriers (THTS) The Hawkward Goodbye Match Thread

Being 2nd or 3rd gives us a much longer rest between games, we need to go full strength to keep the sharpness and the momentum. Yeah, it was a completely different scenario last season with the play-off game on the Tuesday. Far from resting everyone, if we didn’t have a match this weekend we’d be a...

And they don’t have a keeper on the bench. Chasing around for a whole half with ten men trying to protect the outfield player in goal won’t be helping their fatigue issues!

Hopefully Stevenage will want someone with League experience, possibly even League 1 experience, for example former Cambridge boss Mark Bonner
