Re: Solihull Moors (THTS) The Minging to Winning Match Thread

Brunt and Stead were apparently both not for enough to start having both picked up injuries

Re: Solihull Moors (THTS) The Minging to Winning Match Thread

Is that our biggest loss of the season in terms of score line?

Re: Solihull Moors (THTS) The Minging to Winning Match Thread

Solihull have been good but nothing special. That’s what hurts most, all they’ve had to do to win this is turn up, fight hard and want it. We’re going out with a whimper.

Re: Solihull Moors (THTS) The Minging to Winning Match Thread

Rebuild for next season. Moors are for more accustomed to the big occasions. DB and the players have had too much time to overthink and endless stupid interviews about what a trip to wembley would mean for the club. Moors playing midweek has suited them massively. Humiliating Starting to agree unfo...

Re: Solihull Moors (THTS) The Minging to Winning Match Thread

Feels all too similar to last year. Pritchard looks off the pace, Freeman a bit off it too. Really have to question starting them over Brunt and Stead - albeit with the benefit of hindsight.

Re: Gateshead Kicked Out

I think I am right in saying that it is the EFL that has the 10 year rule, not the NL. So Gateshead could have taken part in the play offs and the rule would only have come into effect if they had won at Wembley. Obviously the issue would then have to be addressed, and possibly resolved. The EFL al...

Re: Gateshead Kicked Out

If Gateshead can't be promoted shouldn't they be kick out the league? I'm sure I read somewhere of a team who finished top but we're demoted two divisions as their ground wasn't fit for the league above. I mean, that was us the first time we got relegated back to the conference, Underhill no longer...

Re: Gateshead Kicked Out

Mess all round, awful for everyone involved at Gateshead but given the circumstances the right outcome (finally) arrived at. Also (very selfishly) relieved to not have the prospect of playing Gateshead given our record against them but would far prefer that that had been determined on the pitch.

Re: Kidderminster Harriers (THTS) The Hawkward Goodbye Match Thread

Had a quick look back at the past few seasons as I wanted to compare our final total of 86 points to previous years to see where we would have finished. Interesting to put it into context: 22/23: 3rd 21/22: 4th 20/21: Champions 19/20: 2nd based on the PPG amassed when the season was ended 18/19: 2nd...

Kanu’s been fine imo, lost the ball a few times but draws two men to him every time he attacks creating space for others - as happened for Kabamba’s goal
