Injury update

Back on the subject of injuries, the club has tweeted a video today of Alfie Pavey doing weights and running outdoors.

No videos of Shaq training though, so don't hold your breath. I think his problem was his back which would always be tricky to sort out.

DC confirmed Shaq had a setback and is now 4-6 weeks out.

Post 4 days ago. Sadly I suspect we are unlikely to see him play again.

I think he needs a run of games this season to make any real case for being retained next season, and that's looking increasingly unlikely.

He turned 25 recently so even if we wanted to keep him he is free to move on at the end of his contract which I would suspect he will want to do.

The club Tweeted that photo yesterday with a comment that he scored last time we played Barrow at The Hive, maybe he just re-tweeted it?
I'd love to see him back but I'm not getting my hopes up.

he is probably doing a Paul Pogba and telling the world (well League 2 perhaps) that he will be fully fit and available for a new club in the summer!!

He did it with Daniel Leach in one game as well - says he was out for 6 weeks and he started the net game.
