NL Play Off Final
Not wishing to get ahead of things but it was announced today that ASLEF plan a day of strikes (including the Tube) on 4 May 2024. This is Play Off Final day. If we are there (and why shouldn't we?) could be some challenges in getting to Wembley. Big challenge for us as we are supporting youngest son's girlfriend in a fitness/endurance event (HyRox) in the morning at Olympia so were already planning tube movements down to the minute.
Re: NL Play Off Final
As things stand right now, this is a tube strike which doesn't affect London Overground so there are Overground trains from Olympia to Wembley Central via Willesden Junction which takes approx 30 mins.

Bus from Hendon or Canons Park from the looks of it. There is always a way. No doubt it would effect attendance but so long as real fans are there (if it happens).
I'd walk there if I have to!

Not bothered in the slightest for a long time
Re: NL Play Off Final
As Deano says, taking all this one game at a time. At the moment my concern is Dorking. I am not thinking about a match which may or may not happen in over 6 weeks time.
Equally the tube strike may be called off by then.

I don’t think we need to panic yet, a lot of scheduled tube strikes have been called off in the past few months.
Re: NL Play Off Final
If we get to Wembley in my lifetime I'll happily walk there.
Everytime I start dreaming of it then some horrible little club comes along and ruins my dreams (that started with Blackpool and most recently Bromley).
So going on the past is irrelevant as we've 0% chance of making it there this season.
