In the late 1960’s Barnet and Wealdstone went on tour to Cork and we played in a tournament with Cork Celtic and Cork Hibernian. I was lucky enough to be invited to travel with the teams and watch the matches. Being that in involved two of his clubs I’m sure Dean would approve.

Assuming this is Hemel Hemstead, have been there before to see us play, just of been around 1980- 84. Cannot remember if it was pre season or some cup gane.

We won a Herts Senior Cup match at Hemel Hempstead in 1981.
