The National League is to distribute the government's £10m support package on an average attendance basis, meaning seven former Football League clubs will receive a larger sum.
Chesterfield, Hartlepool, Notts County, Stockport, Torquay, Wrexham and Yeovil will receive £95,000 a month, with the 16 other clubs receiving £84,000.
National League games are currently being played behind closed doors.
The first payments of National Lottery funds is scheduled for next week.
In National League North and South, the majority of clubs will get £30,000 a month, although Chester, Dulwich Hamlet, Hereford, Maidstone and York will receive £36,000 a month on the same distribution model basis.

What was our budget this season?
I read 400k a year somewhere is that true? if so this covers our monthly wage bill

Unspecified, but i've had £609,000 kicking around in my head - something like half of last seasons budget, and i'm not sure where I read it (or if I made it up).

Cheers even with that figure 84k goes a long way to filling a whole depending on how often we will get funding/supportMCB wrote:Patel89 wrote:What was our budget this season?

Re: National League funding split confirmed - Bees in lower
It would appear that no account has been taken of income from season tickets sold and income from streaming and other sources. In practice a simple model is best. The split is between above and below the average attendance last year so Barrow and Harrogate would not have been in the higher band.
Re: National League funding split confirmed - Bees in lower
I know there's no answer that would suit every team but when the average attendance was 2,174, Halifax and Woking on 2,141 and 2,138 respectively must be spitting feathers.

At those rates the £10m will only last 3 months.

Yes this is for the three months that’s been confirmed. They’ll decide whether to extend this in January(?)OB1 wrote:At those rates the £10m will only last 3 months.

So a fan on twitter has worked out the monthly grant per spectator (based on last years attendance), and after last years shite crowds, we're doing quite well out of it.
1. Borehamwood - £116.02 per fan per month
2. Hungerford Town FC - £92.02 pfpm
.
.
11. Barnet FC - £69.19 pfpm
.
.
.
68. York City - £13.31 pfpm!
