Would have been a good opportunity to recognise and apologise for any inconvenience to fans and make a goodwill gesture to those who had booked travel tickets.

Still no word on who the other two players called up are. Maybe those squads haven't been publically announced yet. Though presumably countries have to do this soon given that the window is almost upon us.
At least the rearrangement has been sorted in good time & weather should hopefully still be ok then.

Medy Elito and David Tutonda are both eligible, Tuts injured so I guess it is Medy.

Pretty sure the Eastleigh commentator is just guessing based on the flags on Wikipedia.

I would be surprised if the other caps are not at least two from Matrevics, Vasiliou and Syla.

Sensible in theory. In practice not everyone can aford flexible tickets which, for long haul journeys, can be eye watering.

The club really should be doing something about this. It's this kind of thing that has contributed to my "glass half empty" feeling I wrote about a couple of weeks ago.

The more I see of Jack Taylor this season, the more glad I am that we have postponed the two matches he'd have otherwise missed.
Plus today saw another injury in Harry Taylor. He had an ice pack on his knee when he came over at the final whistle. Good that he has a fortnight to hopefully get over it.

New date for Aldershot now, 17th September, good that we have re arranged these games quickly and that the dates are before any cup fixtures may prevent them from going ahead.

Why didn’t the club consult me on this new date.
I have booked a holiday abroad, leaving that day.

Bee_Forever wrote:I can accept games get moved for TV but if you are expecting that I will check the international fixture calendar for barnet fixture clashes when we have one first teamer with international honours then you are awarding me Yoda like status.

This was unforeseen and unjustified and while it benefits the club to move the fixture they seem to have ignored the impact on their own supporters.
