Only 16 players at training? Says everything.

One would imagine many of the squad were involved in the u23 game vs Luton this afternoon. Particularly as the u18 also had a game this evening.

Having listened to the interview with our new manager I must say that there was no mention of Rossi and how he struggled with the injury problems. To hear that there were only 16 at training was not good. We had more playing Walking Football at Hatfield this morning. Lets hope that the idiots who wanted Rossi out dont start shouting the same about MM. Sadly I cant see any improvement. The man does not have the greatest record over the last few years.

Come across very well, always nice to hear a new manager acknowledge the importance of us supporters.

Only 16 due to injurers ? or maybe he had moved the kids back in to the under 18s with Rossi?

If he's going to insist on filling the matchday squad entirely with seniors that will not end well. I trust Kyei, Shomotun and Cojocarel more than JLAA, Nicholls and Blackman. Rossi found this out to his cost at the weekend.

Here we go again.

Another mate of the Chairman hired without a proper interview process whilst the likes of Stephen Constantine aren't even considered.

Could you fill us in on the recruitment process used for MM as you appear to know?

MM saying in his interview that he has known TK for a long time and had toyed with the idea of coming to Barnet before is a good idea as to the recruitment process.

Also no other manager would have applied for the job because as far as they would have known, Barnet still had a manager in place. Rossi only managed his final game on Saturday and MM was appointed just 2 days later without any warning or knowledge of Rossi leaving his post. There was not an interview process for the job where numerous managers applied and were interviewed for the post.

Would we have had time for interviews? If a suitable candidate was immediately available it made sense to appoint them immediately. We need to start winning games now, not in 3/4 weeks time.

Has Constantine ever applied for the Barnet job?

There is always someone whose cup overflows with negativity.

IMO it was a good interview.
