Thank God for female officials....
Re: Thank God for female officials....
A double whammo for the girl now that the media are digging in.
I agree with the Corby boss that it doesn't matter who is in the middle as long as they do the job right.
Male, Female or Elephant. So what category would Kettle be put in ???

I see the Sian Massey page on Facebook has over 4200 'likes' now and I'd like to apologise for knowing this!

I'm not sure who has sunk themselves lower here, TalkSport or Gray and Keys.

Gray, Keys and TalkSport?
Truly a match made in heaven. They deserve each other.

Re: Thank God for female officials....
Is it a co-coincidence that Keys chose/hijacked the best part of an hour of Hawksbee & Jacobs' broadcast ,a couple of weeks ago,to make his public apology?
I'm guessing he got the airtime after his interview with the programming director.
Beware, there are Dark Forces at work here !

Whilst it doesn't actually Welcome you, there's a sign for Middlesex on The Ridgeway, Enfield. It's when you come off the M25 at Potters Bar/ Cockfosters/ Enfield turning and take the Enfield turning. It was still there on Saturday when I drove back from Northampton.barnetboy1 wrote:Ah Middlesex, reknowned as "The County that doesn,t actually exist" full or Boroughs with London postcodes.
If you drive around the UK; every time time you cross a County border you get a "Welcome to" roadsign,it makes you feel good about your journey's progress,(Thankyou people of Hampshire),or You are now in Kent, drive safely.I will.
There are none that I know of for Middlesex.
Re: Thank God for female officials....
There is a very old looking "Welcome to Middlesex sign" still standing. If you go from Hampden Square up Osidge Lane, at the junction with Chase Side, there it is. The downside is you have to venture into Enfield.

I was mightily impressed with Miss Sasa Ihringova (Slovakia) who ran the line at Cheltenham today. Don't think she got a single decision wrong
