TOBEEORNOTTOBEE sadly wasn't to be.

ROYAL BEEKEEPER pulled up yesterday.
Two more "Bees" horses today.

2.20 Uttoxeter THE BOOLA BEE (28/1)
3.40 Lingfield ITSAFREEBEE (Evens)

With only seven runners I wouldn't risk an each way on THE BOOLA BEE, however, well worth a punt on ITSAFREEBEE. This nag has finished 2nd, 2nd and 1st in its last three races and with only two others to beat today this has got to be money for old rope.

I hope your bank balance is just a little bit healthier after ITSAFREEBEE's win yesterday. It went off at 4/5, but, hey ho, a win is a win.

Only one today
5.30 Leopardstown AMBERSCOLE (50/1)
This is a two year old having its second run. On Saturday it came 9th of 11. Best watched.
If you fancy the punt, best of luck to you.

As expected, no joy fir AMBERSCOLE.
It's over to Ireland for today's runner.

7.25 Kilbeggan BEE A BENEFICIARY (14/1)
This might be worth a small e/w punt. BEE A BENEFICIARY returns to the hurdles after a couple of unsuccessful runs over fences. The longer distance won't trouble this nag.

Best of luck folks.

Thanks hoppy ,I was in the pub watching the Open and I spotted Kilbeggan on the racing screen £1 e/w on Bee A Benificiary at 12-1 was an obvious bet !! After the stewards enquiry I got £16.40 back ! good excuse for a couple of extra pints !!

Well done 55moth. Yes, BEE A BENEFICIARY was a 12/1 winner yesterday. Whoop!!
Two possibilities today.

3.05 Cartmel BEENO (7/1)
7.30 Haydock SAVE THE BEES (12/1)

BEENO, 3rd and 2nd in its two races this season, and often in the frame, carries top weight. It has won at Cartmel three times, in fact it won exactly a year ago but since then it's handicap rating has gone up by 22lb. Today BEENO runs half a mile further than usual. I would be cautious, maybe an e/w possibility.
SAVE THE BEES is in woeful form. Also it has had dismal runs previously at Haydock. On the plus side, though, it has been dropped a few pounds in the handicap and, historically, it usually does well at this time of the year. Again, a small e/w, but don't book your holiday until after its race today.

Best of luck folks.
