Presumably his mum will be on their forum claiming how unfair it is!

I’d have him back. Better keeper than Cousins

Personally, I would have George Legg over both of them.

From what I've seen of him, I'm not sure what more Matrevics can do to get his shot.

Dave Tarpey in Woking's squad photo. Looks very likely he is joining them.

He was at their play off game against Wealdstone with his family as well.

A bit strange he's decided his club before knowing what division they'll be in next season.

Woking or Welling? Maybe Welling for the quaint ground. The sort of place ex-BBC radio presenters might want to live in.

Woking always seem to draw with us. A bit of a bogey team.

Michael Gash playing for Kings Lynn today at my home town team Warrington Town. Commentators have tipped him to score the next goal. Hope not!

If you're missing your footie fix, commentary is on : http://livesportsfm.co.uk/player.aspx

I took my son to that away game vs Welling with Alkinde last minute winner. His only away match by train and he loved it

Gash scores the winner in extra time to give Kings Lynn a 3-2 win and promotion to the NL North.

Don't believe all you read or hear in the media. I was watching the Portsmouth v Sunderland match earlier and one of the commentators said that Jamel Lowe was paying to play in Barnet's reserves a short while ago. I was working at the club and responsible for preparing the Academy payroll each month when Jamel was at Barnet and I can assure you that he was being paid along with the others in the Academy.

I think that's an outrageous thing of Sky to say and it belittles our football club. I know you probably don't want the stress of it all but you've got proof and have grounds for libel action through the courts against the commentator or company.

Very disappointing to hear that.

Unless of course the player told the commentator that himself. In these circumstances, the issue becomes far more complicated. The commentator theoretically has a duty to check with the club (Barnet). If the (mis)information came via a third party, things become even more complicated. Come the finish it all comes down to a case of "he said/he said" with denials all round.

Of course it may in reality all come down to someone expressing themselves badly and either being misunderstood by a journalist or deliberately misquoted to get a sensational headline! Lowe may have said something like 'I felt like I was paying them to play' meaning he considered he was very badly paid by Barnet. However it is highly doubtful we will ever get to the truth of this.
