You could be seeing Jordan Parkes back at Barnet next season ... playing for Hemel Hempstead against the Bees in the National League.

I just noticed that David Livermore, who had a very ineffectual spell with us in 2009/10, is helping Neil Harris defy the odds at Millwall.

He's a very good attacking midfielder at that level. He was a poor left back and it always seemed strange to me that we played him there.

All of our Ex-Bees now seem to be playing way down the leagues whereas at the other end of the scale Exeter are just about to receive another £2.5m for one of their players who moved to Chelsea (Ethan Ampadu). That's about the 3rd or 4th player in the last few years they've received mutli-millions for!

How are they not in League 1 & why do they need our poxy little stand with all of that cash in the bank?

Now that would be good fun!

With one goalkeeper suspended, another injured, and a third not released by his parent club, Chesham played Scott McGleish in goal for the entire match this afternoon, in what was his 1,003rd senior appearance.

Reece Yorke, who was at Barnet in 2010-11, was in the Beaconsfield Town team which yesterday evening secured automatic promotion to the Southern League Premier Div. He has been a towering figure at the heart of the Beaconsfield defence this season, and an inspiring motivator of other players.

Incidentally, Beaconsfield have won 16 of their 19 away league fixtures this season, a feat which I imagine has been matched only by Manchester City amongst English clubs!

Bira Dembele talks....https://www.ouest-france.fr/sport/footb ... al-5680067

I had not realised he joined Laval. And have not lost in each league game he has featured.
