Mcleod....

Post: # 8229Post barnetpete »

wisper this, and hopefully it is not serious, but as soon as Isal was taken off the doc was straight away all over him with an ice pack on the thigh. Hopefully not too serious as his goals could be crucial, but we know he is injury prone and hopefully 2 games in 3 days hasn't proved too much for him. What ever people think of him, and i'll admit i'm not his greated fan, his goal scoring at the moment is vital and we need him fit.

When he did walk off he was going rather slow which we all thought he was wasting time.

Sounds like an impact injury if just ice was put on it and he wasn't rushed down the tunnel after he got subbed, hopefully he'll be 100% for Saturday.

Graz said in his press conference that McLeod has had a sore knee for most of the season, so maybe the ice was just a precautionary measure for that.

Kabba is seeing a consultant on Tuesday and we'll know more after that.

Graz said in his interview on Barnet Player that he had a sore knee and did well to play twice in 3 days so hopefully he can play through it on Saturday.

Have to say Graz came off really well once again in his post match interview.

Sounds like code for he will either miss the rest of the season or need an op over the summer months.

Could have just one striker come Saturday, Midson....

Also saw him with the ice pack on and seemed thoroughly gutted to have to come off (which think was only as a result of the knock). Great player at this level as his return has shown (13 goals in less than half a season for a team in the bottom 2 for almost all season is fantastic)

Let's just hope that he'll be ok for Saturday because the thought of Taylor trying his best on the Accrington cabbage patch is too worrying to contemplate.
