Tackling a subject like mens mental health I hope some people, even just one can resonate with what we discussed and even during the broadcast there were comments coming through in support of what we said, offers to talk to etc I'm always open to listen, DM's, texts whatever, if it helps please open up. Too often we see sportsmen and women unable to talk out as it's seen as a sign of weakness, but I hope as proved yesterday we all need to talk and I know I am one of the worst for not doing that!
To me Graz is a Bees legend and hero, but he deserves more plaudits and respect for sharing his troubled times yesterday.
