Two weeks into the season and we’re starting with a central midfielder at centre back, a winger at left back and another winger as the lone centre forward. The transfer and medical record of this club in recent years is an absolute joke. I really feel for Currie having to work with this.

As expected we've passed really nicely around the edge of the box but not got behind Chesterfield who are not very good.

Elito player of half for me. Odd timing when Currie switched wingers. He and Sparkes and J Taylor were bossing the left and we lost momentum.

Missing our on 50 50 balls with only Reynolds prepared to head the ball especially against a team of giants.

EMC needs to get into game more and for me is week link up front. Early change to bring Vasilou on or perhaps put Akinola wide with Shaq up top

Attendance 1119 with 247 from Chesterfield. Worse than last home game.
Fondop scores his 2nd. What did we say about him scoring on his debut from. Wrexham. Don't believe it. Target man who can score goals. There just isn't anyone out there.

Ended 2-2 with apparently four full backs out injured. Two centre half,s out injured. Resulting in winger playing right back. Midfielder playing at centre half. Very good result and result when seen team i did not think we would get. Scott loach had great game and made some great saves especially one towards the end. Shame we didn't go for Fondop as he showed what I thought we was after. But great team performance considering players we have out injured.

Don't think that's fair. Especially with santos. Sweeney. Courthirst. out injured. Alexander only just back. Got more others coming back soon that's without making any signings. Think players need more encouragement especially after effort today.
