Hi All. Andre Blackman is currently training with Southend and as he was with you boys in 17/18 I wondered if you could give us some insight into what type of a player he is, pros, cons etc?

The worst attitude I have ever seen from a professional football player. Also, not a very good player

He was the club scapegoat for a while. Needlessly got sent off in the dying mins when we were 4-1 up and coasting away to Swindon. Seemed to argue with his team mates a lot. Apart from that he was ok.

Frankly One Team in Essex, I would have though that Southend could have easily found someone a lot better!

Rotten attitude, stole a jacket from Harrods, squares up to team mates during games, has been bombed out of every club he's played for after a few games, has no business playing at LB as he can't defend.

He has a decent agent, which explains how he's had a string of FL clubs. Most other players with his attitude and history of poor performances would be playing well below L2/NL.
