Liverpool apparently giving debut to 16 year old... must be the Youth Cup.

9th best team currently in the prem at home to top team, hardly a foregone conclusion or a shock anyway!

I've nothing against Wolves but we played there in the League Cup only a couple of seasons ago. Liverpool would be far more exciting.

I agree just pointing out Liverpool aren't definitely through yet!

What time is the draw tonight? Isn't it normally before the tv game?

I assumed it's on at 08:30, but something else is on then....

Sweeney is a blooming legend, no less. Against Boring wood, one of his shirt numbers was hanging off! Really sums up his blood and guts attitude. Just what we needed against tough opposition.

Amazing how he's gone from scapegoat , based on 10 minute substitute appearance on debut where the game passed him by, through being sidelined to icon of the fans in a couple of years roughly.

Jurgen Klopp is not taking the fa cup seriously so this semi youth team will be lucky to be in the cup at full time.

Sweeney is destined to a higher league. He’s proved his worth to us over the last year and is a gifted footballer. He got caught out badly making his cruyft turn on the 6 yard box which cost us points but has learnt from this. I can see him in L1 or championship come June.
