I hope we had the sense to organise a home PSF with the Blades.

Barnet, Millwall and QPR play tomorrow with the Arse and Crystal Palace at 5.30pm today.

Got to be a good sign! Not one capital club has gone out in the third round yet. :D

Edit: forgot Fulham who play tomorrow.
It was 4,000/1 on every London club getting through at the first time of asking.

Oh, Fulham. You complete and utter bellends. A lot of punters in the capital backed the 11-team accumulator, according to Paddy Power this morning.

But a strong chance we'll draw a London side though - just under one in three or around 27%? If you include Watford it's slightly higher.

Just been on their forum almost got misty eyed again.
Met 4 of their fans after as we stumbled into wrong pub on way back and lost count of number of fans in the pub who shook our hands and 1 of them got a round in!
The whole day is what football is about and why we all put up with all the issues there are. The cash should sort out the 1 million deficit tk quoted as being the loss due to relegation.
Will always look out for their results now the class of their fans really completed the day for me.

Thought you were talking about Jonathan Pearce or an excitable Motty. This boring cliche has been mentioned in a number of posts.. think the commentator was excited as the rest of us. Good for her is what I say. I'm sure you were even more shrill at final whistle and will squeal like a pig should you ever do your run :)

I think Masuka just wanted to make a sexist comment to wind up the females who read this board.

First time been on here since the game.
Brilliant performance by the players, every player was a 10 out of 10 performance.
Nothing more to be said :)

It was bloody awful. Think it might be a PC boxing ticking exercise by the BBC IMHO!

Ha ha - yes, allowing a woman to describe a bloody football match and hurting your delicate ears (it’s by the by, but she simply didn’t have a ‘helium voice’ at all) is ‘PC’, while excluding half the population altogether from this sacred activity would be an entirely neutral, logical thing to do!

Christ almighty - the commentary sounded fine to me. In fact, the commentator sounded suitably enthralled by the drama of the occasion and the quality of our play. She was also spot on with all the names, in contrast to Kevin Kilbane who, during his very complimentary and accurate analysis, managed to call Shaq ‘Coulthard’ and Ephron ’Mathon’ at least two different names each!

I loved seeing the graphics used on Coulthirst and Mason-Clarke. Elito did really well too.

Have to say I heard the same commentator on MOTD Saturday and couldn't believe how annoying she was. Then on our game.

I took a look on Twitter and there were many others who thought the same.

Nothing to do with being a man or woman just happen to find her really bad. Same I thought of Phil neville.

I agree.
Why does everything have to be sexism or any other kind of ism.
It's opinions.
Some found her annoying and shrill, some didn't!

Personally I can't stand Jonathan Pearce but it's not because he's a bloke!!

I loved the excitement in her voice when they showed our upset at half-time of Wolves v Liverpool without it sounding patronising.

Women commentators are fine and a lot more knowledgeable than a lot of the male ones. And yes, Jonathan Pearce is terrible.

I loved her genuine delight that we'd beaten them, it was pretty clear she enjoyed the game.
I wondered if she's a Bees fan................
