Shomotun deserves another chance based on a strong loan spell at Wealdstone and other managers not utilising him properly.

I cannot see Still having any interest in him though.

Who is Harrison?
EDIT Sorry, I was assuming you meant someone other than Byron Harrison when you sandwiched him amongst the unproven young players.

Everyone's being bloody harsh on Harry Taylor. 49 football league games for us by the age of 21, and all (I think) out of position, and returning from a long term injury. Definitely want to see him given a chance next season. In a small squad he can full multiple positions and deserves an opportunity. Hopefully will go on loan to get his fitness up, wasn't Woking mentioned?

Cousins Dracula, could not catch a cold. Bye bye.
Matrevics - Tall, young and athletic, deserves a chance.

Alexander - Constantly caught out of position, an attacking wing back with little end product. Bye bye.
Tutonda - TBLBITWE clearly has an attitude problem, but is talented. Keep.
Johnson - Looks occasionally shaky after the injury but class is permanent - Keep
Reynolds - Keep
Sweeney - knight
Robson - Keep
Santos - Keep provided he recovers from injury
H. Taylor - release. Not sure what his best position is but whatever it is he is not the strongest option there.
Jules - Looked class - retain
Payne - Needs a season long loan somewhere
Pascal - Built like a beast but should be released
Smith - Slower than loudmouth. Release.
Box - Keep

Adams - useful utility sub. Keep
Boucard - This season's lisbie. Bye bye.
Fonguck - Keep
J. Taylor - Keep
Elito - Not sure why we signed him. Bye bye.
Sparkes - Muggleton with feet. Bye bye.
Mason-Clarke - Great song, but still the same player he was two years ago - long term loan.
Vilhete - Keep

Akinola - Keep. Showed what he could do in an abysmal team last season
Harrison- Glue
Shomotun- Keep. I think he is a cracking player.
Barham - Keep and give more chances
Duku - Keep and give more respect
Bettamer - Not sure.
Walker- Keep but maybe loan out for a while.
Coulthirst - Keep

It beats me why so may people want to keep so many of our porous defence, Tudoda and Sweeney are keeps along with Santos if he recovers from injury. As much as I like Johnson I think we have seen the best of him in a Barnet shirt. The rest are not up to standard

I wonder if people's opinion will have changed over the last few weeks regarding who to let go/keep...

Personally I think Shaq and EMC have been very good the last few weeks, and Elito seems to have redeemed himself a little bit with some good performances

Yes. I excluded Shaq & EMC. Would be crazy to have got rid of them. So i'd amend my list in reterospect to:

Transfer: John Still
Keep: Darren Currie

We have conceded 28 in 25 league matches. Hardly porous!
I think the last 3 matches have shown that a lot of our previous performances this season have been down to JS's tactics rather than the abilities of the players themselves. A settled team and direction from DC to move the ball around more quickly and to play more dynamically has produced dividends so far.

Don't underestimate the work that Still has put in with regards defensive organisation and shape.
If Darren Currie can maintain this and find the right balance going forwards, we will be a good side.
Still think our squad is a bit bloated though. Decisions need to be made on some of our academy graduates who have been floating around the first team squad for a couple of years now.

Be honest with the likes of Nana and Shomotun. If their careers would be better off developing elsewhere, then maybe that's what we have to do. I can't see anyone from the FL buying any of our players in January. Likewise, I think we'll only see loan signings join if key players pick up injuries. Most of our squad changes will be in the summer.
Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!

I can certainly see Shomotun working his way in as he really fits our new style of play and offers something different.

Don't think Nana is on the same level.
