FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
3rd qualifying round took place today. Who do we all fancy?
Local sides who are in the draw:
Hemel Hempstead
Hitchin Town
Wealdstone
Torquay and Weston Super Mare are in there too if you fancy a trip to the seaside before the weather properly turns.
Personally, I'd prefer Hitchin away as it's local to me and i quite fancy standing on that nice big terrace behind the goal making some noise with fellow bees fans. But as we well know, the FA Cup has a habit of leaving us disappointed. I hope I'm wrong.

Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!
Re: FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
Hendon could also be in the draw if they get a result away to Lancing tomorrow.ninestein wrote:3rd qualifying round took place today. Who do we all fancy?

St Albans are still in too. Only played 2nd Qualifying round today and defeated Corinthian Casuals

Re: FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
A winnable 4th qualifier followed by Plymouth Argyle away please (I now live in Truro).
Have been watching some local football in the South West Peninsula League Premier (step 6 I think) and the Cornwall Combination (step 8). Crowds around 100-200 in the former and circa 50 in the latter. Little quality but plenty of passion ! The FA Vase is currently the main attraction down here, with plenty of Cornish clubs making it into the First Round Proper

Re: FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
Wealdstone at the Hive would be fun.
Re: FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
Just as well really, we'd hardly want a trip to the far north then Barrow away 7 days later.
Presumably then the NL is split 50/ 50.
Most of the either/ or's fall in the south and by my reckonings over half of today's winners. Some fairly southern clubs, such as Kettering, Oxford, St Neots/ Coalville are going to find themselves in the northern draw.

Re: FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
I live about two minutes away from Godolphin Atlantic's ground. It's a shame Truro play at Torquay now. Caught a few games there including watching Jamal Lowe completely destroy Truro whilst he was at Hampton & Richmond a couple of years ago.magiovinium_bee wrote:A winnable 4th qualifier followed by Plymouth Argyle away please (I now live in Truro).

Re: FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
Looking at the either/ors I would take pretty well any of those, either home or away.jerroll wrote:according to off

Re: FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
Bristol Manor Farm sounds fun!! Anywhere in Sussex/Surrey away on geographical reasons..
Re: FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round
Out of all of them I'd rather avoid tie with Orient or Billericay. Just want to get into the 1st round proper and then we can have a pop at one of the league sides.
