Not hopeful at all for Sunday. Stockport bringing such a large contingent singing for 90 minutes really will make a difference, combined with our home form, and they beat Yeovil away ahhhhh I'm scared!!!! Not betting on this one.

Imagine if you bet on Chesterfield drawing 1-1.

That's 9 out of last 14 games they'd done that.

I had a bad dream the other night that Stockport beat us at the Hive. All very hazy now but it's planted enough doubts in my mind to put a wager on County. Best I have seen on the high street is 4/1.

So it'll go to a replay then.......

Had a free $10 bet at 888poker.

Stacked it on the bees at Bristol $52.50!!! Didnt gt stake back either.

Have since lost it betting on Ipswich to do the unimaginable!

The non-league paper editor has just Barnet down as his vulnerable favourite in the racing post. Giving lack of goals as the reason. Lack of home wins would be mine. He puts up Wrexham and Maidstone as an 18/1 double for his bet for the weekend.

Just as I'd entered my local betting shop this afternoon, I was informed by a knowledgeable member of staff that knows of my love of Barnet FC that John Still had just retired! I considered backing Dagenham at 6/4 to win tomorrow beforehand of being told the news as I thought it was a certainty given their and our away form. Of course it could still happen but if it does then we'd go down fighting - something missing from the last couple of months I've seen and a large majority of fans have seen all season (0-3 at home to Ebbsfleet as an example).

The Daggers and Bees are both 6/4 so the bookies anticipate a very close match tomorrow. Verdict - an exciting 2-2 draw @ 14/1.

Since Darren Currie's appointment punters have been lumping on Barnet to win today.
Barnet are now favourites to win (?!?!) with the best price being 8/5.
Dagenham (remember, this is THE form team) have drifted out to 2/1.

I genuinely cannot believe Dags are 2/1. That’s like printing money.

There's a reason Dagenham are the form team. As much as we all need a Currie bounce, I have a feeling today will not be it. The players are Still not good enough overall. The best we can hope for is the Dagenham players are still pissed from their Xmas do.

In my defence, I know very little about football.

The DC factor has definitely influenced the bookies.
Most bookies are offering evens or even odds on for a Bees win. Betway gives best value at 11/10.
Boreham Wood, who are above us in the league and, as we know, are strong and organised are as high as 3/1 for the away win (Marathonbet).
It's 12/5 for the draw.

So, will it be the beauty or the beast?
