Linvoy Primus: Faith and Football
Ex Barnet legend Linvoy Primus is coming back to Barnet! No, not speculation about management changes, but he is doing an event at Christ Church Barnet on Tuesday 30th Jan at 7:30pm, talking about football and his faith, including video clips (hopefully of him playing for Barnet rather than in the premiership!) with light refreshments provided. Tickets are £4, available from the church office.
A few of us had the chance to catch up with him in August when he visited the Hive for the Luton game. As much of a top bloke as he always was!

Just a reminder about this one taking place next Tuesday!
Re: Linvoy Primus: Faith and Football
I like telling stories.
Lee Harrison had a fancy dress party at his house in Wickford the year we won 3-2 @ Southend. He invited the Curry Club ( We sponsored him).
Loads of players turned up but Linvoy came along dressed as a fairy with all the trimmings - Tutu, wand, tight tights and a tiny little lace skirt. He and Dave McDonald had to stop for petrol on the way and Macca told us that Linvoy insisted on going in and paying dressed like that.
Mrs Reckless quipped "Where on earth do you keep your wallet? Oh yes I can see!" He is a star.

Don't try and get smart with me Foxy, it doesn't become you. I'll ignore any other question you ask me, so don't bother.foxy wrote:But when was your last Barnet game X-bumble?

This is the only, and last time I will answer personal questions about myself on here, so don't bother asking anything else. I've been to games. How many and where are none of your business.

Why does foxy get the privilege? What about the rest of us who need to know shoe size, favourite cheese and whether you've ever locked yourself out of your house.X-Bumble wrote: This is the only, and last time I will answer personal questions about myself on here, so don't bother asking anything else.

Gary looked very cool dressed as Lara Croft if you remember! - I went as Julias Caeser and Glenis went as Maid Marian. I'll dig out the photos and put them up here if you like.Reckless wrote:Just looked it up Mikey, December 1998!X-Bumble wrote:I still have the photos!

You may be able to get a substantial cash sum if you 'negotiate' not to put these photographs on the forum, if you get what I mean!X-Bumble wrote:Gary looked very cool dressed as Lara Croft if you remember! - I went as Julias Caeser and Glenis went as Maid Marian.
