Youth Team.
Our Youth Team are playing at home to Luton today. Kick off is at 10:30.
I'm hoping that we will get more information about the Youth Team games than previously, but despite how well Aaron is doing in the Media role, it could be that the instruction from upon high is limited info about the Youth Team.
I would be interested to know how we played if not all about the result.

Re: Youth Team.
After their 1 0 win against Luton our u18s now take on AFC Wimbledon u18s on Saturday at The Hive, kick off 10.30am.
Our young Bees have two wins from the first three league matches and currently sit 4th in the table. AFC Wimbledon have lost both of their opening two fixtures.

Is anyone at the u18 match?
Any updates much appreciated.

Re: Youth Team.
Barnet won 2-1. A rather scrappy affair to be honest but the boys came from 1-0 down at half-time to win 2-1. Luckily AFC Wimbledon failed to take many of their chances. Personally I think the art of passing needs to be drilled into them as it's very much "head down and run until you lose the ball" syndrome rather than the crisp clinical passing that you would want to see coming through at this age. Still, it's early days under the new youth team regime and Danny Senda definitely has the right idea and the results, now at least, seem to be going in the right direction.
Re: Youth Team.
Do they play on the main pitch or on the outside pitches out of interest?
Re: Youth Team.
only play fa youth cup games in stadium, league games are on grass pitches outside.BEEGONE wrote:Do they play on the main pitch or on the outside pitches out of interest?

Not according to the EFL Youth Alliance League fixtures and most recent newsletter.Afrobee wrote:It's away though!hoppy wrote:Bees U18s v Leyton Orient U18s kick off 10.30am tomorrow.
I wonder if it's been switched due to the NFL sevens match.
Re: Youth Team.
that was going to be my response, the orient website shows them as being at home and again in november so must have been a late change!hoppy wrote:Not according to the EFL Youth Alliance League fixtures and most recent newsletter.Afrobee wrote:It's away though!hoppy wrote:Bees U18s v Leyton Orient U18s kick off 10.30am tomorrow.

Re: Youth Team.
Even so, pretty poor for the Club not to notify fans of the change. A Twitter message would have sufficed.jerroll wrote:that was going to be my response, the orient website shows them as being at home and again in november so must have been a late change!hoppy wrote:Not according to the EFL Youth Alliance League fixtures and most recent newsletter.Afrobee wrote:It's away though!hoppy wrote:Bees U18s v Leyton Orient U18s kick off 10.30am tomorrow.

The club doesn't even have the fixtures on the website, probably assume its only parents who go to watch.
