Given that all these previous fixtures are so long ago, does it really matter anyway?
Peterborough are a league above us and are at home so that makes them favourites. But we have had good showings in similar ties.
Hopefully we'll do better v Posh than we did last season v Millwall. But there again, I imagine that Rossi will take the tie more seriously than MA ever took our cup matches.

Its a cup match though. If there's extra time and penalties the train station is still about a mile away. Knowing us we'll probably be four or five nil down at half time like at Brighton and Norwich.

I think we were trailing in all four games and Posh had such a lengthy injury list in our last visit.

"Oooooooooo, he's tall, he's shit, he plays when no one's fit". Can't remember who had the last laugh over some drunken retards that day and don't go to Barnet matches anymore since the move to the Hive.

One of those rare occasions when you can cope with defeat simply because of the goal scorer. There was some pretty obnoxious abuse of Hatchy that day, I was glad he had the last laugh.

Where is the teacher these days? He departed well before the Underhill move. For the best, he was a tad embarrassing.

That game featured a very strong contender for the funniest goal we've ever scored...

From memory... Posh keeper boots the ball against his own defender's ankle. The force of the kick sends the defender head over heels onto the turf. The ball bounces steadily but agonisingly slowly back towards the goal. McGleish and a Posh defender have a desperate race in pursuit. The ball and the two players arrive at the goal-line simultaneously, and all three end up in a pile in the corner of the net.

I haven't done it justice there at all. It was definitely online at one point. If you can find it, you will be rewarded!

Methinks a nice day out.
A few wins on the gee gees at Leicester Racecourse followed by a Bees win at Posh.
