Re: Ex-Bees (2014 update)
Dean Brill has left Motherwell. Remember his great save at Burton that kept the Bees up in 2012. Motherwell sign quite a few lower league and National League players it seems. Freer, the FGR winger, who has signed for them is quoted as saying he knows a few of their players from the National League....

Re: Ark Academy
Yes, even though it is sad that we don't still play in Barnet, there is a lot of relief, I think, that we no longer have to put up with the Barnet Council circus.

Re: Newport County (KFC) The Dry Match Thread
Why don't they re instigate the classic Barnet games part of Barnet Player that they had at one point. I thought that was really good and made the service worth the money.

Re: Incoming transfer at 3pm
I have noticed recently that no one now seems to have a go at the Midge. Quite right too, he was a legend!!

Re: Edgar Davids' time at Barnet
The second half against Northampton when we seemed unplayable. Bottom of the table and performing like that was amazing. John zoster was sheer class and even Anthony Edgar seemed like a star in the making. I remember thinking that we were unlikely to go down playing like that. Going down with 51 poi...

Having James Pearson back will be like making a top class new signing.

Re: This Saturday - Doncaster....
Living near Underhill, the move to the Hive has affected me more than many fans in terms of much more travelling but I don't feel angry with Tony K about this. We wouldn't have been able to survive as a league club at Underhill and the council were never going to let us build the kind of ground whic...

Graham Taylor
Sad news about Graham Taylor. Did an amazing job at Watford taking them from fourth tier to first tier in five seasons and runners up too. Doubt that achievement will ever be beaten. Seemed like a nice guy too. RIP.

Re: Best team when everybody's fit?
I don't see why we need to make space for Dembele when the team is playing so well. He will just have to wait for his chance like everybody else. I don't think Elliott is a weak player either.

Re: Orient (away) The Match Thread Shivering Without a Jacke
Great win yesterday, but is it really necessary for our fans to chant that Orient are going 'down to the Conference'? Orient are having a torrid time with their strange chairman who seems determined to destroy the club. Surely, some sympathy for their long suffering fans is warranted here. And, it's...

Re: Orient (away) The Match Thread Shivering Without a Jacke
How early do people think it is advisable to get to the ground today to ensure that you get in early if you don't have a ticket? Thanks.

Actually, I think we were 9th at the beginning of 2007 with a chance of the play-offs at the time. Could be wrong.

Re: Man of the match today
I don't personally think that Curtis was man of the match but he did play very well today. Very cool and collected. I wish that people would get off his back. However, at the game, I only noticed people encouraging him so maybe it is a cyber thing this attacking him.
