Re: Striker signing anxiety
Amazing negativity. Was very successfull in NL South at Dartford and is not the rather limp player we had on loan. Has done well at Dover and once he settles in will give us a focal point/support play without scoring a lot of goals. Gash plus, plus hopefully For heaven's sake, the moaners should giv...

Re: Striker signing anxiety
Jason Prior is exactly the player we need. Left Havant & W to play for Dorking Wanderers in the Isthmian after top scoring for H&W in their promotion season. Helped Dorking Wanderers to promotion to NL South last season and was the star player in the league. Scores goals, holds the ball up a...

Re: Leyton Orient (Hive) The Chicken Oriental Match Thread
Andre B makes such a difference to this team as does Tarpey.
I know some on here would release Reynolds but he was very good today. And by the way,why are some people so anti Adams?
Santos calm and great positioning.

Re: Leyton Orient (Hive) The Chicken Oriental Match Thread
I've been critical of Harry Taylor but impressed by his midfield displays, but we shouldn't play him at right back.
I'd like to see Akinola given a run of games, stop start opportunities aren't going to tell us if he could be an asset next season.

Re: Injuries
Elito was beginning to occasionally offer something constructive, but not seen recently. Injured? Or have I missed a suspension?

Injuries
Could somebody enlighten me on our current injury list.
I'd like to know who is injured and who is not appearing in the squad due to managerial choice.

Re: Halifax (a) The Match Thread Banking on Low Numbers
I know we have injuries, but Tutonda would be a far safer selection than Harry Taylor

Re: Halifax (a) The Match Thread Banking on Low Numbers
Sorry to say this, but at the moment - possibly he has a fitness issue, I find it perplexing that Harry Taylor is in the team. I hope I'm wrong but this could be a major weakness tonight.

Re: Relegation Battle?
Categorically not! But nor are we on the way to great things. Too much doom and gloom and too much premature eulogising in recent weeks. Remember how we have performed against part-time teams: Braintree, Dorchester, Carshalton, Sutton. Great atmosphere against Brentford, but lets be realistic, we co...

Best Team and Subs
I'd be interested to read views on our best starting eleven for a strong push up the table if we have everybody fit. I'm hopeful that Boucaud is back for the rest of the season - he's important; I've seen Santos at training; Tarpey maybe after the Woking loan, Vilhete, Walker, H Taylor, I'm assuming...

Re: Elito
Totally agree, we can't claim the moral high ground and then condone this nonsense. It was as if he'd been floored by a heavyweight boxer. The abuse I heard, and witnessed, from some so called grown-ups at the end of the game and directed at Watkins and other Brentford players was the behaviour of m...

Re: A ticketing shambles
Ridiculous free for all. No priority for season ticket holders and 6 tickets as an allocation was too many. Very many regulars will miss out that's not the way to keep our core support.

Yes a fiasco - I waited nearly 90 minutes this morning.
I just wanted to record that the two women dealing with the tedious task were cheerful, competent and friendly, and I'lll write to the club to say they should be congratulated.

For those who can't remember, Spiegel played one game - against Bristol Rovers, and had a terrible evening .

Yes and look what happened when Spegel played for us! We'd have been better off with Cowler
